In 2003, I won a trip to Jamaica and, in the process, accidentally rewrote my life story.
I thought I was going on vacation. Instead, I spent the next 15 years exploring every inch of the island and documenting the journey. It wasn’t just a place I visited. It shaped how I lived and became part of who I was.
